Meet the Founders
We’re Kristian and Julius Drozdik — brothers, co-founders of Pronext Property Ltd, and long-time collaborators. Before starting our own company, we both worked in hotel management, where we learned first-hand the importance of consistency, attention to detail, and reliable service.
With a background in business and economics, we’ve always approached work with a practical, results-driven mindset — something that continues to shape how we operate today.
How It All Started
In 2018, while still working full-time in hospitality, we launched a small property management business called KD and JD Management Ltd. We focused on managing single lets and HMOs across London, gradually building up a loyal client base.
As the business grew, we decided to leave our corporate careers behind and commit full-time to developing the company. In time, the name evolved too — and KD and JD Management Ltd became Pronext Property Ltd, reflecting our broader vision and growing range of services.
From Subcontractors to Specialists
We started small, offering end-of-tenancy cleaning, communal area maintenance, and commercial cleaning for offices and retail spaces. We worked as subcontractors, learned the ins and outs of what clients really needed, and slowly built our own loyal customer base.
We saw the same complaints again and again — unreliable service, inconsistent results, poor communication. So we built a company that fixed all of that.
