In 2018, while still working full-time in hospitality, we launched a small property management venture — KD & JD Management Ltd — focusing on single lets and HMOs across London. As our client base grew, we left our corporate roles to expand the business. Over time, our services and vision evolved, and KD & JD Management Ltd became Pronext Property Ltd, offering a broader range of property and cleaning services across West London.

We began by providing end-of-tenancy cleaning, communal area maintenance, and commercial cleaning for offices and retail spaces.
